Customer: any natural person who enters into an agreement with Korell House.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Korell House and the customer.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Article 3 – Products and Offers

All products are described as accurately as possible.
Mistakes or typographical errors do not bind Korell House.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Korell House reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the website.
Orders are processed only after payment has been received in full.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

Korell House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

After cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Hygiene products if the seal has been broken

• Customized or personalized products

Article 8 – Warranty and Complaints

Korell House guarantees that products comply with the agreement and legal standards.

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the order via:

Article 9 – Liability

Korell House is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

Liability is limited to the total order amount.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

Korell House is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if prevented due to force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, transport issues, supplier delays, illness, or technical failures.

Article 11 – Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Korell House.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All content on www.korell-house.com (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Korell House and may not be used without prior written consent.

Article 13 – Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
